Your Journey Begins Here

At Bellevueit Constructions we believe that the building process leading up to handover is all part of the excitement of turning your dreams and ideas into reality.

This is how it works ....

contractStep 1 - Choosing Your New Home

Making contact with one of our Housing Consultants is the first place to start.

This can be done by submitting an online enquiry, calling our office, calling one our consultants direct or by visiting one of our display homes. Your Housing Consultant will show you a range of home designs to choose from. As everybody’s requirements, taste and budget is different we can always customize a design to suit. We will take many points into consideration including: • Size (number of bedrooms, bathrooms etc) • Correct orientation on your block to maximize solar potential • Budget • Time frames • Council guidelines We will then look at any upgrades you would like and come up with a fixed price to construct your new home.

preliminaryStep 2 - Preliminary Design Agreement

At this stage you have designed your home and we have come up with the cost of building your new home.

The next stage is for you to sign a preliminary agreement. This document authorizes Bellevueit Constructions to prepare all documents and work to obtain building approval. At this point we will finalize all costs relevant to the site (such as site works) and have plans drafted. You will then be shown a draft of your new home and will be given the opportunity to make any last minute changes and sign off on the final plans.

contractStep 3 - The Building Contract

You will now be presented with a Building Contract.

Bellevueit Constructions uses the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Building Contract. This contract satisfies all legislative requirements. You will also be required to sign a copy of the Building Specifications to accompany the Contract. At this point it is extremely important to ensure that everything you have spoken about with your Housing Consultant has been incorporated into the Contract. After checking that all items are satisfactory the Contract will need to be authorized and a 5% deposit will be payable.

Step 4 - Colour Selections colour selections

Once the Building Contract has been signed you will be asked to make an appointment for your colour selections.

There are many components to building your new home and many selections to be carried out. We use lour in house colour consultant to assist you with the range of colours and finishes available from a wide choice of products.

Once all selections have been made and we have obtained council approval, we now move into the construction phase.

Step 5 - The Building Approvalcontract

Before construction begins the council needs to approve the plans to provide us with Building Approval.

It is difficult to put a time on how long council will take, however your Housing Consultant will do as much as possible to ensure that delays are minimized.

We ask clients to appreciate that Bellevueit Constructions ultimately has little control over this process.

contractStep 6 - Construction Begins

This is where it all starts to come together before your eyes!

Our Site Coordinator will be your point of contact during this phase to update you with the progress and to answer any question that you may have. Our Site Supervisor will be on site at various stages to ensure the highest quality of workmanship expected from a Bellevueit home.

Step 7 - Handover

Now it is almost time to move into your brand new home.

contractBefore handover takes place a meeting will be arranged. Here any last minute touch ups and defects will be noted. Once these are completed we will proceed to final key handover!

You will be given all warranty documentation, keys and remote controls. At this point you should move into your brand new home impressed, not only by our quality of workmanship, but also by the level of service provided by our professional team along the way.

contractStep 8 - After Sales Service

The 6 month maintenance period.

All homes have a settling down period as the home is lived in and the materials adjust to various climate changes.

After 6 months, you are invited to contact our office to arrange an inspection of any possible minor defects occurring during the "settling down" period.  Appliances are covered by the manufacturers warranty. We will ensure that all rectification work is carried out promptly with little disruption to you.
